Well a close-up magician is exactly this what you are looking for. Close-up magician, walk around magician, table magician, etc... they are all synonyms. So Anthony Holt doesn't necessarily need tables as a table magician. He simply moves among your guests who usually stand in smaller groups (often around dining/ standing tables).
That's just fine. Organizationally, there is very little involved in booking Anthony Holt as a close-up magician. In fact, you can just relax and trust that your guests will have a great time. A separate room not too far from the party is greatly appreciated so Anthony can change and stock his equipment. We also strongly recommend that the background not be too loud. It depends on the number of guests, the setting (do people eat, do they sit at long tables, reception tables, no tables, etc...). Should you find that at the event you would like an additional hour Anthony can (if his schedule allows) stay for an additional hour.

Anthony is fluent in Dutch and English.
Well of course it is important that everyone can see and hear Anthony well. That is why we ask for a (well-lit) playing surface of at least 4.00 x 3.00 meters that is visible to everyone. It is requested to provide a sound installation that is suitable for the venue and has an XLR connection with a 220v connection within 1.5m of the sound installation. Anthony will have all other technical equipment with him and can be set-up within 100 seconds. Anthony does ask for a technician who is familiar with the installation during the event.
If you have a small event, Anthony can also provide a sound installation for up to 150 people for a small extra cost of € 100. This is much cheaper than if you have to rent equipment.
Well the show exists in different lengths. It is also perfectly possible to customize an act. So he already did short performances from 5min. To 60min. For most (corporate) events, a group performance of 25min. Ideal. This is the perfect re-energizer after the speeches, presentations, etc... The show is made so that this can be played for an audience of up to 500 people. If more guests will be present Anthony will bring a cameraman. This way everything can be magnified by projection.

Well a trade show magician is actually not a magician but a way to attract more potential customers to your trade show booth. Anthony draws trade show visitors from the corridors to right in front of your booth and then filters the interesting leads (potential customers) for your business. He then entertains them and, in the meantime, informs them about your product/services until one of your representatives is free. He then puts the potential customer in touch with your representative and then starts all over again.

Well, honestly. He really just really is THE best. There are still magicians who claim to be fair magicians but really don't know anything about fairs and just do magic for people. In that case, this is of no use to you. Anthony has studied marketing and sales and has tons of experience. Companies such as Mora, Mettler Toledo, Manna, Delizio, etc... preceded you.
Each time he managed to make the trade show more lucrative than previous trade shows he did not attend. That is why he is allowed to attend trade shows for a lot of companies every year.
Not to worry, Anthony has found that he often does his job so well that no representative is immediately free for interesting clients. That is why he has developed special "magic give-aways. These are some magic tricks he can hand out. However, people get the material some specially printed cards (this can of course be personalized) and QR code with landing page. Your potential customers can then watch the explanation in a video (where they are sent to your website). Of course, they have to enter their email address before they can watch the video.

Amateur magician | < €350
These are individuals with a love of magic who like to do some extra work. In this way they can buy new tricks or rights for tricks (these are often quite expensive). Often these are persons who have just started conjuring or are often elderly. These enthusiasts like to perform once to gain experience but are often inconsistent in their quality and often have poor service as well. Have you sent an email asking for a gig 3 days ago and still not received a response? Then this often indicates not only that they don't take your event seriously but also that they may be an amateur who only perform a handful a year. Also, billing is very difficult with these types of magicians.
Semi-professional magician | €350-€700
These types of magicians are a lot more reliable. Often these are people who perform in a secondary occupation. They have a day job but have a lot of experience so you can be sure that the tricks themselves will almost always work. Here it is only difficult to say how the service of these magicians is. One will follow up on his requests well and can answer all your questions almost immediately, for the other it will take days before you hear from him. The same goes for their improvisational skills. Now you might say what is that important for but every event is different. A professional magician has already performed successfully in all possible situations. Even if something unexpected happens during the performance, the magician should be able to respond to it and make sure he brings it to a successful conclusion. If your budget is a little tighter, a semi-professional magician is a better choice than an amateur magician.
Professional magician | €700-€1,000
A professional magician is by far the best choice for your event. These magicians have the necessary experience can give you the service you deserve and are often ironclad. If you have an important corporate event that has been working toward all year you obviously don't want to look like a fool as an event manager by hiring an amateur. As I mentioned earlier, these magicians are used to performing and have a solution to every possible situation even before there is a problem.
